Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. During Joan's Retirement Sale, delivery is free on every order across Australia, whether you're in a capital city or a small coastal town. It's part of the sale, so it ends when the sale does. At checkout, you'll also see our optional Secured Shipping for $4.95. It's completely up to you, and you can simply untick it.

What is Secured Shipping?

Every order is sent with tracking, and we look after your parcel from the moment you order until it’s at your door. Secured Shipping is a small optional extra for complete peace of mind. If anything unexpected happens along the way, we’ll send a replacement or refund you straight away, with no forms and no waiting. It’s $4.95 at checkout, and you’re welcome to untick it.

When will I receive my tracking number?

You’ll receive your tracking number by email within 1-24 hours after placing your order, so you’ll always know where your parcel is.

How can I make sure it will fit me properly?

We know how frustrating it is when something arrives and the size is nothing like you expected. That’s why every product page has a detailed size chart in Australian sizes , so you can order your usual size with confidence. Our tip: lay a similar piece you already love flat and compare it with the measurements. In between sizes? We usually recommend sizing up for the most comfortable fit. Still unsure? What if it’s not quite right?

No worries. Shopping online means you can’t try things on first, so we make it easy if something isn’t right. You have 30 days from delivery to let us know. Just email us at info@theboathousewardrobe.com with your order number. One of our customer care team will get back to you within 24 hours to sort it out. Approved refunds go straight back to your original payment method.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your order number. Simply visit our Order Tracking page and enter your order number or email address to see exactly where your parcel is.

I’ve got an event coming up. Will it arrive in time?

If you’re shopping for a wedding, a birthday lunch or Christmas, order as early as you can and keep an eye on your tracking. Have a date in mind? Email us at info@theboathousewardrobe.com before you order, and we’ll give you an honest answer.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, within 30 minutes of placing your order. Just email us at info@theboathousewardrobe.com with your order number. After that, your order goes into processing and can no longer be cancelled, changed or combined with another order. If something isn’t right when it arrives, we can always help you with a return.
